Report On Fair Interpreting Practice Of First Dalian International Wine&Dine Festival

I had four-day’s interpreting practice during July12th-15th,2012as one of the interpreters for First Dalian International Wine&Dine Festival. This report summarizes various problems found during my work. Some interpreting theories are applied in analysis of those problems.The first part of this report is the background of this interpreting project, introducing First Dalian International Wine&Dine Festival. My work responsibilities and accomplishments are also mentioned in this part. The second part points out the features of fair interpreting and offers corresponding interpreting strategies. The third part lists out problems encountered in the practice and the fourth part, in accordance with the results and findings of former interpreting studies and interpreting theories, analyses the problems and draws out solutions. The fifth part is lessons learnt through this practice which is of vital importance for my later study and work.
