Psychological capital is the fourth largest capital atfer human economic capital、 humancapital and social capital. Psychological capital is a combination of psychology andmanagement, psychological capital is the latest research results of Positive Psychology.Positive organizational behavior was appeared for using psychological capital in Management,Positive mental health education was appeared in education. The purpose of this study is todiscuss the positive effects of psychological capital on organizational management, educationmanagement and cirsis management.This study attempts from the perspective of positive psychology, understanding andanalysis the three positive effects of psychological capital (positive organizational effect,positive effect of education and active intervention effect). By exploring and compairngtheoretical and empirical analysis of domestic and foreign scholars put forward the mechanismof why psychological capital to improve organizational performance. In respect of educationmanagement and cirsis interventions459undergraduates were surveyed by “Student life stressscale""and Student psychological capital question scale". We established model“psychological capital and their factors with two-way mediating effect not only relieve lifestress but also intervene psychological crisis." This research provide empirical parameters andwork basis for students life stress management and psychological cirsis. The positive effects ofpsychological capital can improve organizational performance and intervene cirsis, this theoryhave some theoretical value and practical signiifcance for relieving life stress and interveningcirsis.This research has made the following main conclusions:First, the theoretical analysis: Through the analysis theory of why psychological capitalcan improve work performance, concluded that psychological capital was positively correlatedwith work performance. Employee’s psychological capital and their hope, optimism andresilience were significantly positively correlated with their work.Second, the empirical analysis: Through the correlation analysis and regression ofpsychological capital and life stress prove "self-confidence*optimistic*hope*resilience" have a significant negative effect on the source of life stress(rfustration, stress and change). Through the correlation analysis and regression of psychological capital and crisisprove psychological capital has a direct significant intervention effect for crisis.Third, Innovation and conclusion: Psychological capital has a positive effect on collegestudents’ psychological crisis management. Psychological capital in the process of life stressinduced psychological crisis have two-way mediating effect: Psychological capital not onlycan relieve life stress but also can intervene crisis, is a new capital for relieving life stress andintervening crisis.Psychological capital is a positive psychological force. Psychological capital can not onlyimprove work performance in the field of management organization but also has a positiveeffect for intervening crisis in the field of education management. Psychological capital notonly involved in the management、education, there are other areas waiting for us to furtherresearch and develop.
