The Comparison Of Yupian’s Editons Of Song Block-carved And Yuan Block-Carved

Yupian written by Gu Yewang in Southern Dynasty is the first regular script dictionary in our country.It is also an important dictionary after Shuowenjiezi.After the long historical change,it appeared the edtion of Sunqiang adding, the editon of revision in Song Dynasty and so on. The editon of revision in Song Dynasty is called Daguangyihuiyupian, and its abbreviation is Guangyiben. Guangyiben has Song block-carved editon and Yuan block-carved edtion.This paper focuses on these two block-carved editons, and makes overall comparison study about the both.It is classified to three categories.Chapter1:Mainly introduce the historical change of Yupian and the present studies on it.Chapter2:Compare the two editions from content to defining make analysis. The part of content consists of adherent content,the number of characters,radical,the order of characters and so on;The part of defining consists of three parts in the explanation:the same explanation,different express methods; the same explanation, different shape of charactors; the same explanation, different orders of items; different explanation.Chapter3:Define the lexical meaning of Yuan block-carved edtion adding. At last, the paper also enclosed two Appendixes.After overall comparison and deeply analysis, on the one hand, it can appear the advantages and disadvantages of the two editions; on the other hand, it also can offer some useful things to the research of the headstream of edition.
