Study On The Marxist Theory Of Decent Work

The history of mankind is the history of the development of labor. In the history of the development of labor can be found in all the key to understanding social history. The human has gone through various forms of labor. Decent work is a new form of labor in humans so far the most valuable and dignified. Through both domestic and foreign literature shows the current academic understanding of the connotation of decent work mostly in the maintenance workers basic rights to this point. The author thinks, decent work is laborer individual freedom and social norms, fully demonstrated reasonable labor, the labor rights is maintained and the fulfilment of the obligations of labor.This paper studies on decent work, from the Marx doctrine is related with current combination of decent work to study. This paper studies from the following aspects.The first part:the appearance of Marx "s decent labor theory. This chapter points out that Marx "economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of1844" opening leads to the "three distribution" intention, and especially describes four aspects of expression and essence of the alienation of labor is not decent work. Starting from Marx’s classic works, combined with China’s "labor law" the relevant entries, drew up the connotation, the Marx doctrine of body surface labor is:labor rights protection and labor obligations have been fulfilled. Workers are mainly have eight Rights:the right to equal employment and choice of occupation, the right to obtain payment for labor, labor rights provisions, the right to rest and vacation, labor safety and health protection, the rights of occupation skill training, social insurance and welfare rights, the right to settlement of labour disputes. Employee shall perform four basic obligations:obligations actively working to complete the task, continuously improve the occupation skill duty, seriously implement the work safety and hygiene rules duty, strictly observe labour discipline and occupation moral obligation.The third part:the construction principle and security of decent work in the view of Marxism. This chapter summarizes the construction of three major principles of decent work: practice is the fundamental principle, people-oriented is the core principle, overall principle is method. From the system implementation and the responsibility of the two dimension describes construction of decent work security. Implementation of the system mainly includes: the material basis for the development of the social productive forces, improve the relations of production the social basis, to provide political guarantee for improving the system of grassroots democracy, strengthen the legal guarantee legal system construction, strengthening labor education to provide human resources support, promote the generation of fresh air when providing spiritual soil, safeguard and improve people’s livelihood and the provision of basic social, promote ecological civilization construction environmental foundation. Responsibility is the responsibility of the government level, the enterprise level of responsibility, the responsibility’of the Union level, the level of responsibility.The fourth part:the realization of multidimensional meaning of decent work in the view of Marxism.
