Practice is an important and indispensable component of TeachingChinese as a foreign language, in teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage.Exercises are indispensable form of teaching and learning.Theexercises are also an important part of the teaching materials,which playing avery important role in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.Exercises in various stages of language learning and different morphemelearning, has its own distinctive features. This paper studies the Chinese as aForeign Language Elementary Spoken Chinese textbook exercise.In this paper, a literature method, research method, analysis has beenused. After serious reading of Chinese spoken language teaching materialpractice,and the contents of the primary spoken language textbookexercises,in this paper,the contents of the primary spoken languagetextbook exercises,manifestations and significance to set choreography,thinking and recommendations were summarized and analyzed in ElementarySpoken Chinese as a foreign language textbook exercises.First of all, the paper was based on three primary spoken languageteaching material, summing up the practice contents and patterns ofmanifestation of different questions to affirm the exercise’s significance ofspoken language teaching material. The author deemed that the trainingcontents of every teaching material was various, the contents were arrangedstep by step from the easy to the difficult. Patterns of manifestation wereregular; the exercises were decided by the contents of the exercises’.Therefore, exercise played an important role in the aspects of language study,conversion process from language skills to communicative skills, teachingprocess, stimulating the interest of study. Secondly, the paper was based onthe Development Chinese etc three kinds of teaching materials to analysis thesettings of arrangements of the primary spoken language teaching materials.The book was based on exercise intensity, exercise program, exercise mode,exercise type. The author found that, In terms of exercise intensity, exercise not only keeps quite a number of quantities, also to control the quality of thepractice according to teaching content. In terms of practice project, the threeteaching materials’ emphases were different, to varying degrees to improveoverseas students’ oral expression ability and oral communication ability. Inpractice mode, the three materials have different characteristics on microdesign, but presented the exercise from easy to difficult. In practice of topic,the author thinks that the designed exercises must be specific; the differentexercises show the pertinence. The task-based exercises were worthy ofpromotion of using. Finally, the paper systematically analyzed some problemsin the current study according to the investigation and analysis of exercise forthe three teaching materials. The problems were that the teaching materialsdiscounted the appropriateness and creativeness of exercise, vocabulary andgrammar exercises were few, and thus, proportion of practice is not enoughcoordinating. Compound exercises designed unreasonably with theinsufficient attention to classroom teaching; it was not enough to absorb andlearn "Task-based" exercises timely. The author proposed some shallowsuggestions for the above problems, namely, practice proportion must beappropriate; practice design must be scientific, practice must absorb and learnthe latest research achievements.
