As a new subject,TCSL has spreaded to the whole country quickly and expanded to the whole world rapidly after it producted last century."Mandarin fever" warms up continusly!The number of learning Chinese、teaching Chinese and researching Chinese is increasing at a high speed.Chinese has been one of the most popular languages in the world.Training language communicative skills is the recognized ultimate target of second language teaching at home and abroad.Of course,Chinese is no exception.Because of its own characteristics,oral Chinese teaching has a great advantages in improving the student’s language communicative skills.In addition,the elementary stage is the foundation stage for the whole studying stage,so TCSL elementary oral Chinese teaching has a very important position in overseas students’ whole process of Chinese learning.Therefore,it’s very necessary to inspire overseas students’studying interest and initiative of TCSL elementary oral Chinese.From the perspective of overseas students’learning interest,this essay tentatively research the interest of TCSL elementary oral Chinese and discusseses the effect of learning interest in arousing their learning enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.I hope it can have certain reference significance to the current research about the interest of TCSL teaching and the practical teaching of TCSL elementary oral Chinese.This essay’s main research object is the overseas students with elementary level of Chinese. And the author uses the method of literature review and questionnaire survey method.The full essay is composed of five parts:The first chapter expounds the research significance and summarize the interest research of TCSL teaching from teaching materials and teaching.It summed the theoriea of interest teaching at home and abroad,the connotation of interest teaching,the application of interest teacing and the importane of interest in TCSL teacing.The second chapter discusses the interest in TCSL teaching from teaching materials,which discusseses how to iprove the interest of oral Chinese teaching materials with the actual questionnaire as a reference.The third chapter discusses the interest in TCSL teaching from teaching.Based on the actual teaching cases and the actual feedback of overseas students,the author objectively introduces four methods of enhancing class interest:role playing,studying games,TPR,tongue twister.The fourth chapter gives a simple summary of this essay and reflect the shortages.Following points are the innovation and features of this essay:1.This essay focuses on interest to discuss how to enhance overseas students’s learning interest and learning enthusiasm and to improve teachers’ teaching efficiency and students’learning efficiency.Although the interest isn’t a fresh topic and the effect of interest in TCSL teaching has got great attention,analyses and researches about it are still less and haven’t formed a complete system.I hope that my tentative study can attract more attention of scholars.2.From two aspects of teaching materials and teaching,this essay discusses the interest of the elementary oral Chinese teacing of TCSL.From the collection of data,the author finds that most of existing researches about interst in TCSL are just some researches of teaching materials or a kind of teaching method,which hasn’t formed a system. Based on researches of founders and predecessors,this essay attempts to have a systematic exposition about the interest of elementary oral Chinese teacing of TCSL from two aspects of teaching materials and teaching.3.Combined with the teacing practice,the questionnaire survey and inerviews,the essay discusses oveaseas students’ views about the interest to give interest research some valuable data and opinions.With the methods of questionnaire survey and interviews,the author get views of teaching subject(students) directly,so the data sources are more authentic and scientific and data evidences are more convincing.4.The author makes quantitative and qualitative analyses about these data,and treat interest with dialectical and objective view.The viewpoints of this essay are based on actual data,but the author also analyses some individual cases and gives corresponding solution countermeasures.
