Research On Justice Of Domestic Public Policy For Demanders

Since the implementation of reform and open policy in 1970s, China’s economy has undergone thirty long year’s rapid growth, and such momentum is still fairly strong. However, the rapid growth of economic aggregate did not solve the injustice problems occurred in the process of domestic development in recent years, it can be said that the injustice problems are increasingly salient nowadays. Such problems seriously affect our ongoing mission of building a socialistic and harmonious society.As the main important means and methods of government and other public administrations for public management or governance, the equity of public policy affected the degree of social harmony and justice significantly. Researching on justice problems and how to facilitate realizing the theoretic value to reality is significant under the current situation which injustice has become common in the process of transformation of Chinese market economy system. Focus on people’s livelihood and target of public policy is having a delightful change in the field of public policy. How to summarize the new life signs and sublimate to theory has become an important subject.This article combines logical analysis of theoretical and empirical research which content is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter outlined the main topics of the background and significance of study of the status quo at home and abroad to study the ideas and content, research methods and innovation points. chapter II studies the basic theory of public policy and fairness, the main discussion of the meaning of public policy and fairness, characteristics and types of emphasis from two kinds of research paradigms and theoretical analysis shows that the two basic public policy, demander equity issues. Chapter III analyzes the current public policy, the fairness of our theoretical and practical difficulties faced and the new rural cooperative medical policy as an example of demander analysis of the fairness of the new rural cooperative medical policy, the pursuit of the core values, its size determines the effectiveness of the policy and sustainable level of development. Chapter IV presented the fairness of the reform of public policy, demander path, specifically to establish a fair idea of the bottom line, enhance the level of public policy, demander management, and properly handle the relationship between supply-side fairness. Conclusion part is the full text of the summary and noted the need for further research.
