The Study On Value Orientation Of Contemporary China Public Policy: Evolution Path And Development Logic

Since reforming and opening, Chinese economy always keep a rapid, continuing and stable trend of growth. However, under the environment of made great achievements in economic development, various new problems and new contradiction emerges one after another along with some significant social problems, which has created manifold stress for governmental public policy. This needs our government change value orientation and behavioral patterns of public policy. Chinese government's No.1 central documents starts to pay attention to people's well-being and propose the Scientific Outlook on Development. The value orientation of our country's public policy starts to develop from a sole pursuit of development of economic efficiency to a full-range pursuit of social equity. In order to adapt the development of economic globalization, strengthen the government responsibility and enhance the public contentment, it is really essential to study public policy from the view of value orientation.The public policy always plays its political leading role under a certain space and time condition, decision-maker's value orientation also changes along with the transformation of space and time.
