Small and medium-sized enterprise as a market economyimportant subject, must adapt to the social development and environmental changes, to realizethe transition to upgrade, the way of sustainable development.Then the worker is thefoundation of enterprise, is the enterprise sustainable development power source. How wellthe worker’s ideological and political work, and to promote the sustainable development ofenterprise, improve the economic benefit of enterprise has an important role.
