Research On Construction Of Evaluation Indicators System Of China Local Government Public Credit

Government credit is the cornerstone of the social credit system, it’s core of the social credit system. But the lack of local government credit is more common, to improve it, firstly, we must make a scientific, objective and impartial assessment of government credit, and then to find the problem and take measures.This paper reinterpret the connotation of government credit, think of that government credit is not only the public perception, is the embodiment of the government’s own credit. The essay starting from the government and the public two angles,evaluation of local government credit was divided into two major categories of credibility of the government capacity indicator and government credit performance indicator.the credibility of the evaluation is divided into two dimensions of the credit facility and credit performance,conducted a comprehensive inspection with government credit.During the design of indicator introduce quantitative indicators as a component integrated qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,strive to make evaluation process easier to use and evaluation results more objective.Then the article describes the current status quo of local government credit evaluation system to identify the problems to be solved in the study and direction of upswing.Finally,Based on the principal-agent theory, elaborated on the basis of the hierarchical division of credibility of the evaluation, and highlights the reasons for the credibility of the indicators established and evaluation of various indicators. To form a complete theoretical basis for the evaluation of the local government credit system.This article is divided into six parts.
