The Design, Based On The Zigbee Radio Meter Reading System

Base on Zigbee wireless communication technology, sampling the ammeter data of home using then deliver and receive wirelessly, and connect the sink data with computer with serial communication way to achieve wireless communication of home using ammeter.This article emphasizes to solve the following issues:Firstly, compare and select the several projects that transform mechanical electric instrument to digital to achieve low cost. Secondly, focus on the steps that wireless communication module mainly constituted by CC2430 chip build Zigbee network. In this article emphasize to analysis tree network topology composition and the related cost. Through analyzing the synchronizer, the router and gathers the terminal fishing net, as well as enter net process, also develop the procedure base on IAR EW software to realize the inosculate of wireless communication module, Zigbee agreement stack and application procedure, and set up the simplest string shape network.This article can be divided into hardware and software.The hardware part is with the core of Zigbee CC2430 chip to set up network platform which include MCU and RF module, interface module, power source module and display module. Emphasize to analyse woke principle of each module and design circuit to meet the requirement of setting up network. For ammeter part through infrared way to realize synchronized counting with original ammeter, which has been given the detailed design idea and schematic circuit.The software part use IAR EW as platform combine with Zigbee agreement and through application procedure designing to make wireless communication module has the function of synchronizer, route and terminal gathering, and set up the string shape network.Finally, through analyzing simulation profile to ensure the correctness of circuit rebuilt by ammeter. Via experiment successfully set up string shape network with three wireless modules, clearly display the whole process of entire network and data communication. Further show the highly effective and accurate of wireless communication of wireless module that use CC2430 as core part, the whole system can meet the requirements of ammeter wireless communication only with litter transformation.
