Since the2008WenChuan earthquake,the identification and reinforcement workof School Safety Engineering(hereinafter referred to as the school safety project)wastaken seriously.According to the“Office of the state council issued the implementationplan of the national primary and secondary school’s Safety Engineering”,The goal ofthe school safety project in the national primary and secondary schools is to carry outseismic strengthening、improve the overall disaster prevention capacity building,weshould ensure that the school buildings will achieve the key fortification class seismicstandards and built the school to the safest and most assured place.“Constructionengineering classification of seismic standard”GB50223-2008[1]prescribe that weshould improve the school buildings of primary and secondary schools from thestandard fortification class to key preventive class.The school buildings according tothe old specification need to conduct a comprehensive inspection and seismicqualification of the original structure in accordance with the new specificationchecking and reinforcement.Therefore,the relevant departments of the municipal government of Changsha,Hunan province,according to the spirit of the state council and other documents, since2009they conduct a comprehensive inspection and seismic evaluation to all primaryand secondary school buildings,check and reinforce them in accordance with the newspecification.In this thesis,I participate in school safety project identification reinforcementwork,start from the existing school buildings in each school practical problemsmainly the following aspects:1.Against masonry structure of primary and secondary schools building inChangsha city,I summarize in tabular form suitable for class A,class B masonrystructure measures Identification List.2.Certain counties in Changsha city,from a county of the investigation,theidentification of the resulting data,statistical summary of the primary and secondaryschool buildings in our province building age、structure type、structure system、building layers、the structural safety and seismic resistance of the macro situation.Istudy a common problem in the school buildings of masonry structures,and proposedtreatment strategies and the corresponding reinforcement. 3.Through a masonry structure for instance,using fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method of fuzzy mathematics to judge the structure of the seismiccapacity,to this issue from qualitative into quantitative.The seismic capacity ofChangsha city,Hunan province,primary and secondary schools is divided into fivelevels,we establish the criteria,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judgethe seismic capacity of masonry structure premises,according to the maximummembership degree principle,to determine the grade of the comprehensive earthquakeresistance capacity.This can provide a quantitative indicator of the relevance ofprimary and secondary school buildings to repair sexual choices.4.After the identification of the preliminary judging seismic ability,We use thePKPM reinforcement software to further second-level identification,verificatewhether wall thickness ratio,the seismic capacity,compression bearing capacity ofschool buildings can meet the wall segment,you can better determine the appropriaterepair of the building and the corresponding reinforcement program.5.Each building can have a variety of reinforcement scheme,how to choosereinforcement program is a very important issue.In this thesis,we use the valueengineering principles to determine the value of different options.And the value of thenew program to determine the appropriate repair of the building.Consider the functionof different reinforcement program to improve the value and consider thecorresponding reinforcement costs to arrive at the most reasonable reinforcementprogram.
