This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the CFL acquisition of single attributive divided into 9 categories in the Chinese language through a questionnaire survey, where we examined 87 students whose mother tongues are English. And then we used different statistical methods to examine and analyze. As a result, we found different orders of the acquisition of the 9 categories of single attributive, and analyzed the factors resulting in the different orders. Based on the analysis of language errors in the questionnaire, we found 3 types of language errors and discussed the reason causing the errors. Considering the limitations of the results based on the questionnaire, we selected some errors from the "HSK Compositon Corpus" for further analysis and supplement. According to our study, we think that the difference between Chinese and English is the key factor to the difficulties in studying Chinese attributives.
