Thai Middle School Chinese Language Volunteer Teachers Training Mode Analysis

In recent years, the cause of teaching Chinese to foreigners in China is developing faster and faster. Learners who learn Chinese now are throughout the whole world. Based on the target of popularizing and promoting Chinese teaching and Chinese culture spreading, Chinese government has been dispatching the volunteers who teach Chinese to many countries, during these countries, Thailand is the first one of accepting the volunteers and it is also the one which possesses the most Chinese volunteers now. As a Chinese volunteer who is teaching Chinese in Thailand, during these two semester, through my observation and practicing, inquiring and interviewing to the representative students and leaders who has relationship to Chinese teaching in schools, I found some problems that Chinese volunteers faced in their daily life, at last I collected some important advices and suggestions from Thai schools. Meanwhile comparing with the training task in china, I am looking forward to obtaining some constructive opinions to make the training career more practical and advanced, and step into a higher level. Those opinions include training more about the capability of speaking Thai, being familiar with the teaching condition in advance, enhancing the capability of controlling the classroom, improving the capacity about Intercultural communication, and paying much more attention about the basic knowledge of Chinese language and so on.
