Ethical Review Of University Management And Realistic Path

Ethics management thought is an irresistible trend of the development of the times. The subject and target of the management is the human, so the ultimate meaning of the management is the interpersonal work. Therefore, management can not avoid the ethical problem; while ethics always has a guiding significance for management, which is more obvious in the process of the development of contemporary society. University as an organic part of the society, the university management is a fundamental work. Low efficiency of management affects the whole college work efficiency inevitably; therefore, how to do well the work of university management is the major subject of the university development research. This article attempts from the perspectives of ethics to survey the entire process of university management, through the ethics thought to transform the management concepts, furthermore, propose the realistic solution to promote the management efficiency, establish a service organization, and form an ethical thought which is teacher-centered management and student-based teaching. Through the ethical system construction, this article seeks to create a democratic, harmonious and ordered working environment and academic atmosphere, thus realize the social function of the existence and development of the college, also cultivating qualified builders and worthy successors for socialist countries.
