Adverb "is" Syntactic, Semantic And Pragmatic Analysis And Grammatical Errors

The adverb in the Mandarin Chinese is a kind of special word. The usage of it is complicated, so it is a little difficult for foreign student to master it. And the adverb "Dou" is exactly the word which is used frequently in the Mandarin Chinese. In addition, there are so many discussions on "Dou" in Educational circles.In this paper we mainly discuss the issues as follow:1. We think that there are three senses of "Dou":the scope adverb "Dou1"to sum up every element in one unit; the modal adverb "Dou2" to emphasize the unusualness of certain condition; the time adverb "Dou3" means "already"2. Analysis the Semantic orientation of "Dou1", use Graphic method to analysis the reason why "Dou1"cannot match with the sort of word "同乡"3. Sentence structure, semantic function, textual function of "Dou2" and "Dou3".4. We got the errors when the foreign students use "Dou" by the questionnaire survey and put forward some teaching suggestion.Except the first chapter of introduction, this paper is divided into two parts, the first part include the second chapter, the third chapter and the forth chapter. This section intends to proceed with the research on ontology of the adverb "Dou", further discuss each sense of "Dou" The other section of this paper is the fifth chapter. This section set questionnaire based on the last part in order to find the errors when the foreign students use "Dou". Analysis the reason of these errors, and put forward some immature opinions. Try to solve the problem simpler and more intuitive which the usage of "Dou" to the foreign student by Graphic method.
