There are many psychological factors can influence one’s aggression. Theemotion regulation ability is one of most important factors of them. But there arefew studies in those documents and records we have which related to new studentsof secondary vocational school in this aspect. It is the same with interventions.In the first study,we have a research on the aggressiveness and emotionregulation ability of new students of secondary vocational school. The results of thisstudy are as follows:1、The aggressiveness are very different on gender,mother’s family educationpatterns and the popularity in companions. But is not significant different on familystructures and father’s family education patterns.2、Different is not significant on gender and father’s family education patterns ofthe emotion regulation ability of new students in secondary vocational school,butdifferent is significant on family structures,mother’s family education patterns andthe popularity in companions.3. The aggressiveness is inversely proportional to the emotion regulation abilityof new students of secondary vocational school.4. There is significant correlation among aggressiveness and emotion regulationability. The level of self-efficacy factor can significantly affect the level ofaggressiveness.In the second study,39subjects from1st study were randomly divided into testgroup and control group. The test group had8times group intervention,while thecontrol group didn’t do anything. The results of this study are as follows:1. The aggressiveness of test group decrease and the emotion regulation abilityincrease obviously after the group interventions. According to trackinginvestigation,the above-mentioned are still better than pretest. We can see theaggressiveness of new students of secondary vocational school can be reduced by thegroup intervention for enhance their emotion regulation ability.2. The design of emotion regulation ability group intervention is practical andeffective to new students of secondary vocational school with higheraggressiveness level. After refinement and revision, it can be promoted andapplicated for duplication in students work and advisory work.
