In this study,we used the questionnaire which was designed by Ji Jiajun to conduct a survey on 450 secondary vocational school students in Shijiazhuang City.The purpose of this study was to analyze the present situation of emotional regulation ability of secondary vocational school students,and 35 of them will be the object of the intervention,to explore the effect of intervention.The first study analyzes the present situation of the secondary vocational school students' emotional regulation ability.The results show that:(1)the current situation of emotional regulation ability of secondary vocational students is at a moderate level.(2)There was no significant difference between sex and grade in the students' emotional regulation ability,and the difference was significant at the score over the whole questionnaire,the batter the score is,the better the ability will beThe second study is based on the study one.In this study there is a random selection of experimental class and control class.The experimental class has 35 students,the control class has 33 students.Intervene in the experimental class,once a week,90 minutes once week,a total of eight times.The results showed that:(1)The postoperative scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the pre-test scores,and there was no significant difference between the total score and the total score of the control group,indicating that the intervention effect was obvious.(2)The post-test scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the pre-test scores in the emotional perception,emotional self-efficacy,emotional control and emotional reflection dimensions.After the emotional evaluation and effective application of the emotional adjustment strategy,There was no significant difference between the previous test scores and the previous test scores.Based on the above findings,it is found that the group counseling of emotional regulation ability can effectively improve the emotional regulation ability of the current vocational school students.
