Theory Of Wang Meng Since The Creation Of Novel In The New Period Should And Deviate From The Standard

The great novelist Wang Meng has created many remarkable works since the new period, such as works of stream of consciousness, People Change in Activity, Lai Jin and Series "Seasons".In a certain period, his works display some characteristics different from those in the former period. All these sections put together will demonstrate us the entire Wang Meng. However, it is impossible for a great writer to create only relying on castlestyle thinking and working behind closed doors, let alone the highly socialized revolutiona-ry intellectual Wang Meng. Therefore, researches of narrow mind and segmentary co-mment only based on his works can not reveal Wang Meng comprehensively and objectively. To solve this problem, the author, in Chapter One and Chapter Two in this thesis, following the clue of various mainstream novels, in order to find the correspon-dence or deviation even more complicated intertwining relations, rearranges Wang Meng’s main works in the past more than thirty years, and then explores the deep reasons of this creating phenomenon. This thesis, eyeing from a more general and holistic novel mainstream, analyses the works of individual writer in a certain period. In this way, it breaks the closure of isolated researches, and the game action relations-hip among writers becomes more and more obvious, and the inner regularity of Wang Meng’s works appears gradually. The third chapter mainly deals with the implication of Wang Meng as a kind of resource, which is the reference of the realistic writing of a revolutionary intellectual for knowing history and writings in the future. The author arranges the thesis in the "track"-"reason"-"implication" pattern at a cracking pace and emphases on giving out one or more uncertain possible conclusion, that is deliberating how should the writing nowadays reflect history and intervene into the reality, from the reading of Wang Meng’s novel.
