Measure words for a long time are the difficult points in teaching of Chinese, foreign students’errors occurred more parts of speech. synonyms of measure words "tiao" and "gen" caused confusion to many international students. In order to be able to find a specific teaching methods, this essay has made a case study on measure word "tiao" and "gen". First of all, this article through the questionnaire survey to know the errors of "tiao" and "gen", and then from collocation of "tiao" and "gen" to explore their intrinsic mix of law, and on this basis, cause errors in the analysis of student and summarize teaching strategies. The essay is divided into five chapters,as follow:The first chapter is an introduction. This chapter focuses on reasons for the choice, introducing matching quantifiers and quantifier teaching research present situation and make this article content, significance and method.The second chapter is the student "tiao" and "gen" usage of the visit. Investigation methods and study on introduction, then is a brief case study, finally using the method of statistical analysis of the questionnaire results. After investigation, we found that students make errors easily in using the "tiao" and "gen", and errors made by intermediate grade students higher than students in senior class.The third chapter is the comparison of "tiao" and "gen" combination mechanisms. By examining a number of corpus of "tiao" and "gen", understanding these mechanisms, comparing their similarities and differences, then to explore their inner matching rules from the syntax, semantics, pragmatics three perspectives.The fourth chapter is the research on error analysis and teaching strategy. The reasons of students’errors are manifold, we analyze the reasons from the "teaching" and "learning" angle. And on this basis, we propose a structured teaching method, shape shown sensing method, context involving method, cultivation of language sense teaching strategies, with a view to increasing the efficiency of measure words in teaching.The fifth chapter is closing. The chapter summaries review the full text of the research, and noted that the problems in this article, and later studied direction.
