The Independent Personality Of Rural Migrant Workers, The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy And Entrepreneurial Intention Model

There is a closely relationship among personality, Entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intentions, this research mainly explores their relationship according to Self-supporting personality. Self-supporting personality is the factor that not only helpful for solving people’s life problems, but also has closely relationship with individual’s professional conducts. Thus, this research hypothesis personality can influence directly emergency and development of entrepreneurial intentions, meanwhile by mediation role of Entrepreneurial self-efficacy affect it. This study includes two sub-researches, the first one explores the model structure of self-supporting personality of migrant workers, and the scale has good reliability and validity. The second one explores the relational model of self-supporting personality, entrepreneurial intentions and Entrepreneurial self-efficacy of migrant workers by this scale.The first Study establishes the model structure of self-supporting personality of migrant workers, which has the consistent with the structural model of early research, that ten characteristics of migrant workers’self-supporting personality including: interpersonal self-support, interpersonal independence,interpersonal initiative, interpersonal responsibility, interpersonal flexibility, interpersonal openness, personal self-support, personal independence, personal initiative, personal responsibility, personal flexibility, personal opening. This scale to be proved has good validity, it is scientific and efficient scale to test self-supporting personality of migrant workers.Pre-discussion found, personality can affect Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions, it is generally think that entrepreneurial intentions can be affected by Entrepreneurial self-efficacy The second study has explored the relation model among Self-supporting personality, Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy and Entrepreneurial Intentions of migrant workers, then discovered that urban entrepreneurial self-efficacy, urban management efficacy and stress tolerance efficacy, whether it played the full mediation or partial mediation role depended on the self-supporting personality and urban entrepreneurial intentions, rural area entrepreneurial self-efficacy, rural area management efficacy, rural area conditions efficacy, and rural area stress tolerance efficacy, whether it played the full mediation or partial mediation role depended on the self-supporting personality and rural area entrepreneurial intentions.
