Study On The Way Of Improving The Local Government Administrative Efficiency Under E-government

Administrative efficiency is the core of the administrative management, is thestarting point of the administrative management activities and is the administrativemanagement system of the comprehensive reflection of a variety of factors. Therefore,how to improve the administrative efficiency becomes a top priority in the work of theleaders at all levels. The local government administrative efficiency is an importantruler to measure the government management. Local governance is good or bad, whichis directly related to the economic development of our country, political stability and theeffective operation of democratic system. It is helpful to build a public service-orientedgovernment, enhance the party’s ruling ability, strengthen the party’s ruling foundation,set up the good government phenomenon, and promote economic development andsocial harmony by improving the local government administrative efficiency. However,for a long time, China’s local government administrative efficiency is not high, whichextremely obstructs the effective development of political and public administrationactivities, hinders the effective supply of public products and services, wastes the publicresources and influences the development of the local economic society. Therefore, it isan inevitable choice to strengthen the research of the local government administrativeefficiency, analyze the root cause of the inefficiency of local government administrationand discuss the countermeasures to enhance the administrative efficiency of localgovernment.E-government is the core of government informational construction, is animportant symbol of national informational level and is a key driver of the domesticinformation industry and services industry development. The defects of traditionalgovernment management pattern are increasingly apparent, which can hardly adapt tothe needs of the modernization of society. As a result, the government administrativeefficiency can not be satisfied. The application of e-government technology is able toimprove this situation to a certain extent by providing technical support for theimprovement of administrative efficiency and the conversion of governmentmanagement mode.Local governments should grasp the development trend, apply thenew technical means of e-government, choose a good orientation and adopt new ideasto improve the administrative efficiency of local government and build theservice-oriented government.
