On The Questions And Strategies Of Building The Comprehensive Experimental Zone Of Rural Reform And Development In Xixian

Xixian is an agricultural country town with a large population, and the rural economy develops quite slow. Thus, it is a country town that owns representative "three agricultural" issues characteristics. It is an effective way to solve the "three agricultural" issues by establishing the comprehensive experimental zone of rural reform and development, for the rural areas owes the small boat U-turn advantage. It is easy to control and make adjustments, once there is something wrong.This thesis adopts the quantitative and qualitative analysis method to discuss the concrete measures of the comprehensive experimental zone of rural reform and development in Xixian, and proposes the existing problems and then gives some advice. There are some problems of the comprehensive experimental zone of rural reform and development in Xixian, including the superficial understand of the reform connotation, the weak consciousness of reform and innovation, deficient construction facilities of new countryside, the non-standard land transfer policy, lacking labor force and technology in rural areas, defective professional leading enterprise and so on. These problems can be solved by enhancing the understanding, choosing the key point of the reform and development, giving more supports on the talents, expanding the investment and financing channels, strengthening the prospective of the new countryside’s project, standardizing the transfer policy and promoting the agricultural industrialization and so on.
