On The Perfect Of Honest Education Mechanism Of China

In the theoretical and practical point of view, anti-corruption mechanism isan important aspect of construction of the Party conduct and of an honest andclean government. The improvement of anti-corruption mechanism plays a basicrole in construction of a clean government. However, under the development trendof economic globalization, political democratization, the rule of law,anti-corruption mechanism is undergoing a severe test, and relative lag for socialprogress and development is also revealed. Anti-corruption mechanism in China isin the process of constantly improving and perfecting and many problems anddeficiencies still exist. Anti-corruption mechanism is not only a matter for theparty and government cadres, is more required of all members of society toparticipate. Implementation of the mechanism of develop and perfect from thesub-mechanism such as the protection mechanism, operating mechanism,accountability mechanisms and other aspects of development and improvementrather than past form of“to follow suit”and“copy blindly”.In this paper, in the theory of human resource management, administrativeethics theory, educational psychology and the legal theory of knowledge, on thebasis of the status of the study of China’s anti-corruption mechanism, throughtheoretical study and learn from foreign experience to identify the mechanism ofChina’s honest education in the protection run, incentives, feedback andaccountability exist inadequacies in the basic principles and main measures toimprove the mechanism of China’s anti-corruption education, in order to achieve the anti-corruption mechanism for performance play. This article constitutes theintroduction, body and conclusion of several parts. The introduction brieflydescribes the research background and significance of the topics at home andabroad, studies the present situation of the research ideas and research methods.The text is divided into three parts. The first part described the basic conceptsinvolved in the meaning and constitutes the main mechanism and anti-corruptionmechanisms, described the mechanism of honest education, and analysis thetheoretical basis of the mechanism of anti-corruption. The second part analyzesthe main problems of anti-corruption mechanism in China through a briefdescription of the status quo in China.According to the main problems, the thirdpart presents the basic principles and main measures to improve in China. Inconclusion, it points to the need to improve the anti-corruption educationmechanism to play its overall performance, and promotes the healthy operationand development of anti-corruption construction.
