The Relationship Of The Alliance And Northeast-Asia Multilateral Security Regime-Perspective Of Sino-U.S. Analysis

After the cold war, the situation in the northeast Asia was so completely, theU.S-Japan Alliance, the US-Korea Alliance are the most important Alliance systems,the US reinforce politics of alliance means that the US still want to make the importantrole in the area. To construct the security cooperation in the Northeast is an importantstudy. Can the security cooperation be structured successfully? Will the alliances beassimilated by the Northeast Asian security regime? We want to understand therelationship of alliances and the Northeast Asian security regime.Besides the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into four parts:The first part, after academic archeology, I will definite the conceptions foralliance and the Northeast Asian multilateral security regime. These conceptions willmake the paper understood well.The second part, the paper gives the discussing of awareness of the alliances andthe Northeast Asian multilateral security regime, the United States always pursues theworld hegemony policy. In this area, the United States goes against the historical trendto continue and strengthen the bilateral alliance. In order to promote the multilateralsecurity regime, the United States has moved to fully engage the region’s multilateralinstitutions, such as the U.S.-Japan alliance and the U.S.-Korea alliance, and it is theinterests as well that they be effective and responsive.The next part is the parallel relationship with the second part, this paper gives thediscussing of awareness of the alliance and the Northeast Asian multilateral securityregime, as the developing country in this area, today, China represents one of the mostchallenging and consequential bilateral relationships the United Stated has ever had tomanage. As the developing of China, we have the common interests, that is the basic to construct the Northeast Asian multilateral security regime, in the few years, in order toconstruct the regime, China and other relevant countries held six round six-party talks.Though the six-party talks maybe so hard to be established in few years, but it ismaybe the only way to solve problems in the northeast Asian.The fourth part is very important part in this paper, the main content is developingfor the game playing between China and the United States, if China wants to establishthe Northeast-Asian multilateral security regime successfully, we must take somesmart policy, in order to resolve contradictions, We will address them firmly anddecisively as we pursue the urgent work we have to do with the United States. Chinacan take the free ride, then we can seek ways to establish the Northeast-Asianmultilateral security regime in the northeast Asian area, and the most important isChina can develop quickly and smoothly.The last part is the conclusion for the paper, though China and the United Statesstill have different interests in northeast Asian, we can find the effective solution toestablish the Northeast-Asian multilateral security regime.
