A Study Of The Urban Physical Challenger On Spiritual And Cultural From The Perspective Of Community-based Rehabilitation

According to data released by the government, presently in our country there are83million physical challenger, and24.96%are from the urban area. Issues of the physical challenger as an important factor is affecting the development of social economy and developing the cause of the physical challenger has become an important symbol of the progress of social civilization in China. Although the physical challenger cannot reach the level of healthy people in their body and physical condition, but at the spiritual level they are equal with people in good condition, and healthy and strong spirit laid a solid life support for them. Concerned about spiritual requirements of the physical challenger, enriching their cultural life, enhancing their living standard, quality of life, overall quality and well-being index is indispensable to the meaning of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.This article first make the urban physical challenger spiritual and cultural needs classified into three categories and nine little types, Among them the three categories are basic, enjoy and developmental type of spiritual and cultural needs,and the nine little types including the demand for knowledge, attribution requirements, communication requirements, respect for the needs, culture and entertainment needs, development needs, ideal for the needs and beliefs of demand, then for example with physical handicapped in W city, and through questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature to understand the spiritual and cultural needs current, then use the status find the problem.According to Gong Wenjun, Zhou Jianyu "community-based rehabilitation——The only way to development of the cause of rehabilitation of the physical challenger in China", to specific analysis the meet of China urban physical challenger spiritual and cultural needs, use the specific content of the application of community-based rehabilitation to analyze and solve the problems of the urban physical challenger spiritual and cultural needs. Finally put forward new community rehabilitation concept——community-based rehabilitation with asset-based community development.
