Research On The Resources Integration Of Community Aged Self-Organization Under The Perspective Of Asset-Based Community Development

The social contradictions and social problems caused by the aging of the population are increasingly prominent.How to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly,give play to the social value of the elderly group,and effectively deal with all kinds of social problems caused by the aging of the population is an urgent problem to be solved by the current government and even the country.Community self-organization for the aged arises in the era background of active aging,the political background of government function transformation and the social background of community autonomy.Its development is of great significance to alleviate the increasingly aging problem of the society and to construct the social governance pattern of "co-construction,co-governance and sharing".Based on J community of chengdu as an example,through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation,collect J community and community elderly self-organization of basic data,from the material resources,human resources,organizational resources,cultural resources four dimensions analysis the J community elderly self-organizing resource integration,find J community elderly self-organization in material resources integration operation lack of funds,the shortage problem of hardware facilities;In the aspect of human resources integration,there are problems of lack of professional talents and insufficient community human resources integration.In terms of the integration of organizational resources,there is a high dependence on the community and less cooperation with other organizations.In the integration of cultural resources,there are problems such as the lack of community cultural awareness and the insufficient integration and utilization of resources.Based on the above problems,the author from the assets for this perspective,focusing on the elderly community self-organization in community environment available material assets,human assets and group assets and cultural.First based on assets as the focus,through forming the assets for this consciousness,the community to visit,inventory listing of assets in the way to promote community elderly self-organizing community asset identification,activation,as an emphasis point orientation within the second,through the social work education,the organization members to participate in learning ways to carry out community activities,promote the community elderly self-organizing ability construction,finally relationship building as the focus,to restore the community elderly self organization and community,social work station,self-organization,businesses,schools,such as relationship,Assist elderly community self-organization in the process of community activities to integrate material assets,human assets and group assets,cultural assets four types of community relations,make internal and external community assets around the community elderly self-organizing solid network,interaction in the community elderly self-organizing resource integration,to provide support for the development of self-organization and the community elderly security.
