Research About Orientation Of The Government’s Role In The Virtual Social Management

Informatization is the trend of development in modern times, each countries are committed to the development and improvement of the information society. For the virtual society which is relying on the development of the computer network technology and growing integration with reality technology, to research and management of this new society has both practical significance and theoretical significance. From the vision of government management research, by focusing on analysis of the deficiency in the virtual social management process, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to correct orientation of the government’s role.This paper consists of five parts:the first part is introduction section which mainly introduce the background of this article’s topic, the significance of the research, the present research situation of the domestic and foreign, the ideas and methods of the research. The second part is the main body part which begins with the definition of the two important concepts involved in this paper, that’s the role of the government and virtual society, then describe the reason and significance for the orientation of the government’s role and the realistic significance for the management of the virtual society. The third part is the focus of attention in research which briefly introduces the achievements of the government in the process of the virtual social management at first, then detailed analyze the problems and deficiencies of the government in the process of the virtual social management by the four angle as the government’s management concept, system mechanism, the government’s policies and regulations, management object and operation mode. The fourth part mainly studies for the solution of the problems which corresponding solutions are based on the analysis of the four perspectives in the third part. The last part is the summary of the content. At present, the fast development and growing influence of the Internet has already become an integral part of people’s life; network is not only as a virtual society, but also the projection of the real society, its great energy has been repeatedly proved by the practice. The urgent task of government work is to make good use of network and master it. Concluded from this, in order to manage the virtual society better, we must correctly locates the government role, put the government as the guide and server so as to promote the development and prosperity of the virtual society.
