The innovation of the state-owned enterprises as the xinjiang production and construction corps andvitality also inseparable from the staff’s quality, potential and creativity.Corps facing talent outflow inrecent years, the lack of innovation, etc, are actually solve the problem of human resourcemanagement.Human resources as the strategic resources of production and construction corps, is persistentand healthy development of the corps of current and future of the key factors.How to strengthen theincentives to improve employee satisfaction and production performance corps urgently needs to solve theproblem.Through incentives, and gradually establish a multi-level, multi-dimensional mode of humanresource management, greatly arouse the potential production of employees work enthusiasm, creativity,and core values, is for the development of the corps, the meaning of it is very important and urgent.This study through the qualitative and quantitative research methods, deduced and built to jobsatisfaction, organizational commitment, goal orientation, performance orientation as the independentvariable, the corps staff task performance, relationship between performance and learning performance,innovation performance and staff performance as the dependent variable, gender, level of education andincome theory framework for the control variables.Research data from the xinjiang production andconstruction corps division three group a unit146employee survey data, using the correlation analysis,factor analysis, multiple linear regression analysis the influence factors of the performance of employees ineach dimension measurement analysis.The study found that the factors impact on the corps staff work performance of each dimension is notthe same.Organizational commitment, performance tendency of employee task performance havesignificant positive effect.And has nothing to do with the task performance goal orientation, the employeesatisfaction.Organizational commitment, goal orientation and performance have significant positive effecton employee relations performance.Has nothing to do with the relationship between performance andemployee satisfaction.Performance tendency of staff learning performance has significant positiveeffect.And the employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, goal orientation and other factors havenothing to do with learning performance.This suggests that higher performance strong tendency stafflearning performance, this study performance tends to construct a measurement item "I work here can learna lot," suggests that employees can feel in the corps of learning efficiency, so as to improve learningperformance.Job satisfaction performance tendency to innovation performance has a significant positive effect on employees.While factors such as organizational commitment, goal orientation and innovationperformance.Performance goal orientation tendency of employee performance has significant positiveeffect.And organizational commitment, goal orientation and other factors have nothing to do with employeeperformance.
