Ideological and Political Education, the features and advantages showing in the process of the New Democratic Revolution and Construction led by the Chinese Communist Party, plays a very important role in the Chinese Communist Party’s education. The Chinese revolutionary history was a history that Chinese Communist Party explored and solved the peasant problem, the most serious problem was to educate peasants. In earlier time, PengPai have realized that the Chinese peasants were the main strength the Chinese revolution rely on, were the proletarian natural ally. He did not only profoundly recognize that advocating, mobilizing, organizing and educating peasants play an important role in the peasant movement,but also recognized the actual possibility of educating peasants. In the long-term practical process of educating peasants, PengPai has made a good combination between Marxism and the reality of Chinese peasants, had formed a rich content, flexible methods which contained Chinese characteristic. PengPai was considered as a forerunner of working on peasant movement and developer of the ideological and political education of peasants. Therefore, this article aims to fully sort out the thought on peasants’education, revolving round the peasants’movement. On this basis, analyse the source, main content and actual enlightenment of PengPai’s thought of educating peasants, form regular knowledge about ideological and political education of peasants.The article has six aspects. Introduction, to the study of origin, academic and practical value of PengPai’s Peasants’Education Thought, starting with PengPai’s Peasants’Education Thought related to academic thinking literature review and research ideas, research methods and explain the significance. The first part:Tracing historical source from Marxism peasant education theory, growing environment, foreign progressive thoughts and practical education at home. The trace contains theory and practice.The second part, elaborating the content of PengPai’s Peasants’ Education Thought, contained guiding thought, main contents, principle and method of PengPai’s Peasants’Education Thought. The chapter stresses that PengPai’s Peasants’ Education Thought is extremely related to practice, life and peasants, shows focus and operability. The third part, summarizing characteristic of PengPai’s Peasants’ Education Thought:people oriented, preemptive research, practicalness. The fourth part, in terms of analysing the present situation of ideological and political education of peasants, explore actual enlightenment of PengPai’s Peasants" Education Thought and show theoretical and practical value of his thought study. Conclusion, at present, peasants’material life has been improved hugely, the ideological and political education of peasants seems to lag behind, cannot satisfy peasants’mental needs. Meanwhile, the21st century is an era on competition for talent people. In China, the present situation is that peasants account for most peasants’quality plays a significant role in comprehensive quality of the whole country. In order to accommodate the era of development, The ideological and political education of peasants must be based on carrying forward the good tradition and innovation and development. Of course, the study on PengPai’s Peasants’Education Thought is indispensable.
