Strategy Research Of The Mass Incident Of Northwest Underdeveloped Areas

In recent years, China’s economic development accelerated. Our community has begun to enter a comprehensive transformation historical period. This is the period of growth of the contradictions among the people. Demands of the differences of interest and other factors lead to contradictions increased. Mass incidents become the focus of attention of academics and government. Northwest underdeveloped areas affected by natural and social constraints. Its economic development is lagging behind. The occurrence of mass incidents will seriously affect the region’s economic development and social stability. Hinder the Northwest out of underdevelopment. Therefore, study it in the transition context in-depth and systematic has a very important theoretical value and practical significance.We selected Longnan event as a typical case. The incident occurred in the northwest less developed areas. We use case studies and literature research and combine the theoretical achievements of Marxism in China to explore the coping strategies of mass events. This article is divided into five major. The Introduction section includes the background and significance of the study, summary of research at home and abroad in recent years, research methods, difficulties and purpose. The text contains four chapters. In the first chapter, we summarize the status of mass incidents from three aspects of the concept, types and characteristics. In the second chapter we reviewed the Longnan event and present the problems that exist in the response to mass incidents. We studied the cause of the mass incident of northwest underdeveloped areas in chapter three. And we analyze the root causes of the incident through the surface and underlying causes. The fourth chapter is the focus of chapter. We have some suggestions to deal with the mass incident of northwest underdeveloped areas. First, this chapter clear the basic principles should be adhered to deal with mass incidents. Then, proposed strategy to deal with mass incidents from the three aspects of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. In conclusion part we predict and analyze the development trend of the mass incident of northwest underdeveloped areas. Finally, I summarize this article.
