The Township Government Functions Research In The Construction Of Rural Community

With the development of the society, our national construction steps into a stage of comprehensiveconstruction of well-off society. An important requirement of the comprehensive well-off society isbalanced development, and make the difference between the workers and peasants, the urban and ruralareas gradually narrowing. However, because of the social long culture pattern, there is a big gap betweenthe urban and rural on the countryside in economy, the living environment condition and rural socialpublic service, or even the quality of the farmers,so that it puts forward the construction of our country’srural social problems. How to improve the new countryside construction is the problem that our party andpeople should constantly practice and conquer, rural community construction is a relatively perfect answerin such a discovery. Through the rural community construction, on the basis of the increasing of farmers’income and the rural economy, we can further provide traffic information, rural education, welfare culturesecurity, environmental security and other aspects of public service to farmers. Yet in reality, the rural areais in the bottom of society of China, in general, a national policy from being issued to being implementedis a serious and complex process, in this process there are many participation body who will producemore or less influence to the policy implementation, and the grassroots government institutions producethe most deep and direct influence, rural community construction is not exceptional also, this made a cleartruth, our rural community construction can not without the guidance, support and help of townshipgovernments. Plus, our country’s rural social development present situation: rural weak economicfoundation, public infrastructure is bad, the political system is incomplete, farmers’ quality is low, the ruralsocial economic development not balance and so on, this again made clear the necessity that the townshipgovernment involved in the construction of rural society as the directly representative who can play the role of guiding and supporting. And the township government in rural community construction need toplay which role and how to work? This article is from this angle,combined with the problems in theprocess of construction of rural community, talked about the aspects of the township government in ruralcommunity construction from the sustainable economic development, political system construction to thepublic service and so on。Based on this, this paper also further puts forward how to enhance the ability oftownship government according to the township government’s roles in the rural community construction,and thinks about how to make the township play an important role in the rural community construction.
