Study On Government Responsibility In Rural Community Construction

Since China began the physique of the two structures in urban and rural areas, the Three Rural Issues concerning countryside, agriculture and farmers are not only get more and more attention of people, but also have more and more problems. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of common development between urban and rural areas, the government must strengthen to solve the Three Rural Issues and improve the economic development of the countryside, agriculture and farmers, so that we can get long-term economic development goals in our country. Rural construction includes all aspects of contents. One of the most effective solutions is to construct the rural community. The rural community construction is proposed to cater to our management target of the integration of urban and rural areas. This can not only improve the rural construction, but also can combine urban development with rural development, and shorten the distance of the development between urban and rural areas.In order to improve the living environment of famers and the famers’level of civilization, the government needs to complete them by constructing rural community. The rural community can improve the villagers’autonomy, expand the scope of grassroots democracy and increase the income of farmers. So the construction of new rural community is an inevitable choice to realize an all-round well-off society. The guide line of the article is to ask questions, analyze problems, and finally provide appropriate solutions.In this paper, the main research object is the government responsibility in the rural community construction in C country of Jilin province. This paper mainly includes four parts; the first part is introduction, including the research background, research status at home and abroad, the concept and related theories. The second part is the orientation of government responsibility in the rural community construction. This part mainly concentrates on the current specific performance and the position of the government administration in the rural community construction. It mainly involves the significance of rural community construction, and the government how to implement the responsibility orientation of the construction of the rural community. The third part is about C country’s present situation and the problems of the government responsibility in the construction of rural community. This part mainly points government responsibility in the construction of rural community in C country as the main object of study, which mainly includes the current government implementation situation in C country, the lack of government responsibility in the rural community construction of C country, and the analysis of the causes of lack of government responsibility in rural community construction in C County. The fourth part is to realize the government responsibility in the rural community construction.
