The New Ere Offical Etchics Evaluation Study

The thesis combines the theory with practice, focuses on theperformance evaluation of leaders’ official morality at all times and inall over the world. It keeps on refining and thinking on, to offerconstructive advice on the practice of official morality access in Chinanowadays. With consummate performance evaluation system of officialmorality is significant, problems of the present performance evaluationsystem of official morality, the way to optimize performanceevaluation system of official morality as the basic framework, thethesis has the following four parts.In the first part, the author systematically introduces the objectiveand significance of the selected topic, comments on books of officialmorality evaluating research at home and abroad and finally analysesthe research mentality and basic framework of the whole thesis.In the second part, the author expounds the related concepts and thetheoris of official morality evaluation. The thesis firstly explains somebasic concepts, then makes a thorough inquiry into the characteristics,the logical start of research, and the ethic dimensions of building andconsummating official morality evaluation system.In the third part, the author in a historical analysis way, seeks forbasic rules from the ethic research at all times and in all over the worldof morality evaluation, provides experience reference for bettering thepresent official morality evaluation.In the fourth part, the author mainly expounds the way to optimizethe present performance evaluation system of official morality. Thethesis separately analyzes the current situation, problems existing andreasons of the present official morality evaluation in China, then putsforward some countermeasures: building and consummating officialmorality evaluation system and methods in the new period withall-round efforts and in all ways.
