Along with our country industrialization and modernization, the original city spacegradually cannot meet the current rapid development. On this premise, in order to meet therequirements of city development, land of outskirts of a city by a large number ofcommandeer, lost territory farmer is produced. The resulting in a series of problemsaroused extensive discussion. The farmers lost land and how to place, how to developbecomes their greatest concern. As a result of this new group in society occupies a largeproportion, their living conditions directly affect the economic development and socialstability. Therefore, actively explore the protection of the rights and the developmentopportunities of landless peasants has important practical significance for the developmetof the whole society.Faced with this situation, the government is also actively exploring correspondingregulations and measures. However, the government regulation measures are often only fora particular domain, and can’t cover all aspects of the problem. Based on this, This articleis based on pair of7suburban Jiangsu Province farmers concentrated residential areasurvey, uses a developmental social policy perspective, from a long-term point of view,the development of landless farmers resettlement compensation problem, to how to surviveand how to integrate into city life, emphasizes the government solve these problems,farmers themselves and society together to solve the problem.
