Social Workers'intervention And Reflection On Community Participation Of Young Employees In Enterprises

Community participation is an important part of corporate social responsibility and is conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.There are many forms for enterprises to participate in the community.Among them,encouraging employees to participate in the community is one of the contents of the community participation.In China,many large enterprises provide accommodation for their employees and form a distinctive community of young employees.In this community,it is particularly important for enterprises to promote active community participation.This paper selects the young employee community of a large listed company in Beijing as the research object,and through questionnaire survey to understand the community participation intention,overall participation rate,participation level,participation effect and other status of the young employees of the enterprise,and finds that young workers have lower community participation awareness.The main reason is the lack of psychological recognition of the community,and lack of understanding of the relevance of their own interests and community affairs.Based on the results of this survey,social workers recruit young workers to carry out group work,conduct community education for young workers,promote young workers' understanding of the community,and enhance the psychological identity of young workers to the community.Practice has proved that group work has a certain role in promoting the participation of enterprise workers in the community.The group work can enhance the enthusiasm of young workers for community participation and promote the psychological identity of young workers to the community.For employees,active community participation in the youth community of the enterprise can enhance their understanding of the community,help protect their own interests,and help improve the quality of life.For the community,the participation of young workers can be injected into the community.Fresh power not only helps the community to carry out community affairs,but also promotes the improvement of community work methods,increases the efficiency of community governance,and promotes community harmony.For enterprises,enterprises encourage employees to actively participate in the community,which not only promotes enterprises and communities.The communication can also reflect the company's care for employees,and promote the integration of enterprises and employees.To a certain extent,it reflects the democratic management of enterprises and demonstrates the responsible image of enterprises.
