With the expansion of urban scale and the change of social structure,the large-scale rural land around the city,has made landless farmers transform their identities to residents,and communities instead of original villages have become the intersection point of diversified interests.To a certain extent,the blood and geopolitical ties in the original rural society gradually disintegrated.Due to the resettlement community facing the worrying living situation,the weak consciousness of community residents and many aspects of problems,it really can not be the only way to solve the governance problem by depending on the power of neighborhood committees.Therefore,to cultivate community awareness of residents?guide residents to grasp the chance of community affairs and fully mobilize the endogenous force is a breakthrough of community autonomy.It takes the“micro-governance” project in x resettlement community as an example,carrying out the dimensions of interpersonal relations ? consciousness ?technology?system and economy under the empowering perspective and social work intervening.The professional social work methods,combined with open space technology and participatory consultation are applied to guide building residents to participate in the project design and implementation process,including rebuilding of bicycle shed and parking as well as health maintenance and a series of relevant measures.It is necessary to stimulate residents' autonomy,guide the residents to solve community problems ? enhance the residents' self-governance ability and establish social support network.Finally,it summarizes the shortcomings of the project,and provides practical suggestions and measures including the realization path of the ability promotion,the function orientation of the participants and the building of consultation systems from the professional perspective of empowering.
