Research On The Credibility Of The Government In The Course Of Building Service-oriented Government

China is in the process of social transformation and system transformation, in thecritical period of building service-oriented government, at the critical stage of politicalreform at present. Communist Party of China plays an important role in the criticalperiod and crucial stage as the core of leadership in the cause of building socialism withChinese characteristics. It is very important for the Party to strengthen and improveself-construction and for the government to improve the credibility.The study is made up introduction, four parts of the text and conclusion. In theintroduction of this thesis, the author expresses the issues and Writing Methods andsignificance on the basis of relevant background and domestic and internationalresearches. In the first part，the author analyzes the core concepts of this article andrelevant theory, including service-oriented government, the credibility of thegovernment, their common supporting theories and relations. The author analyzes thepresent situation of the credibility of the government in the process of buildingservice-oriented government from the perspective problems in the second part of thethesis. It is mainly reflected in the concept, behavior, rule of law, policy, performance,information. The third part of this article analyses the reasons of decline of thecredibility of government on the basis of the forth part. There are eras of environmentalfactors, public factors and the Government’s own factors. The fifth part is the core ofthis study. It reveals effective paths to improve the credibility of the government bybuilding service government, democratic government, the role of law government,uncorrupted government, crystal government, and efficient government. And thegovernment ultimately reverses the trend of decline of the credibility of the government.The conclusion of this article indicates that improving the credibility of the Governmentis not easy or short-term but long-term. In a word, improving the credibility of the Government needs long way to go.
