Current Research On Government Credibility In China

Government credibility means that the government is recognized and trusted by th e people in the process of exercising public power,which not only reflects the govern merit's appeal and service ability to the people,but also shows the public's satisfaction with the government's administrative ability and service efficiency.As an invisible po litical resource,government credibility plays an important role in enhancing the sense of belonging and public identity.Through peopled center theory,socialist country and socialist country ruling theor y to represent the interests of the people,Tacitus trap theory,theory of social contract t heory and so on to research and analysis of the government credibility in China,put fo rward the current problems of the government credibility,mainly including administra tive corruption,government affairs public,legislative democracy,law enforcement is not strict,insufficient supervision and incomplete,the service concept,and decentraliz ation is not in place,the government public service purchasing power shortage,etc.Put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the specific problems,mainly f rom three aspects to enhance the credibility of the government.First,build an honest government,including optimizing the public policy process of local governments,res olutely fighting corruption,and implementing comprehensive openness of governmen t affairs,so as to enhance people's satisfaction with the government and enhance its cr edibility.Second,to build a law-based government,including strengthening democrati c legislation,fair and strict law enforcement,strengthening democratic supervision an d other measures to enhance the authority of the government,enhance the credibility o f the government;The third is to build a service-oriented government,which includes measures such as setting up the service concept of government staff,expanding citize ns' political participation,deepening the streamlining administration and delegating p ower,and optimizing the government's ability to purchase public services to deepen p eople's sense of gain and enhance the government's credibility.
