Research On Improvement Measures Of Government's Public Trust Based On Service-Oriented Government

China's democratic political construction is progressing,with time,people's expectation from government gradually changed.In order to cope up with the development of society,the government needed to improve its own ability,improve the level of governance,win the trust of the masses and safeguard the government authority.But by the historical developments and the conditions of the government itself,the government cannot meet the requirements of the masses,leading to weak government credibility,hindering the development of the government and the country.The purpose of this paper is to explore the path of rebuilding the government's credibility,expand the degree of public support,improve the level of government governance,and build a service-oriented government.Service-oriented government and government credibility have a common direction of development and the pursuit of goals,are in order to better serve the people and make unremitting efforts.This paper mainly studies the enhancing of the government's credibility in the context of building a service-oriented government.This article mainly uses the literature analysis method and the collection of all kinds of literature and information,under the background of building a service-oriented government,to study the issue of reinventing the government's credibility.This first analyzes the background and contents of two studies,as well as the current situation of research at homeland and abroad,followed by the concept of service-oriented government and government credibility and its characteristics,demonstrated the internal relationship between the two,that is,they two promote each other and affect each other.And then introduced the basic theory related to the two,the above for the writing of this article to provide a good theoretical basis and the correct direction.The next,mainly analyzes the current situation of the government's credibility,and sees the gradual improvement of the government's credibility.At the same time,we should pay attention to the problems to be solved urgently,mainly from the government's administrative concept,government information disclosure,local government executive ability and government responsibility system.And then,it is based on the current situation of government credibility,and further puts forward the reasons for the lack of government credibility.It points out that the lack of government credibility is the result of the government,the social environment and the public.Finally,it is the key chapter of this thesis,and elaborates the concrete measures to improve the government'scredibility under the service government concept,mainly from the four aspects of innovative administrative service concept,pay attention to staff training,promote public service progress and strengthen administrative culture construction,and then reverses the trend of weakening the government's credibility service-oriented government construction level.The level of government credibility to the level of the construction of a service-oriented government,the deep reformation of the crucial areas and deep-water areas.The Chinese government is to further change the government functions to improve the corresponding institutional mechanisms,and continuously meet the multilevel requirements of the people.
