Research On Enhance The Government Credibility In The Construction Of Builiding Service-oriented Government

At present,along with our country socialist market economy and the political democratization,the entry of the public for the government and the government to provide public services and public products have new requirements. And our country is in the social transformation, system transition process, the government is committed to build a service-oriented government, to improve and standardize their management style and level, gradually transform government functions, to further improve people’s livelihood, and constantly improve the level of service to the public and to provide more high quality public products, obtaining the public more dependence and recognition. So it can be seen that the construction of a service-oriented government is to develop the government’s credibility. We shall only seize the key stage of the service oriented government construction and the overall reform, combined with the actual situation of our country, from set out to break the administrative concept, deepen the democracy construction, strengthen the rule of law construction, enhance the transparency of the government, expand public participation channels and so on to carry out, get more public trust and support, in the process of service oriented government construction, constantly enhance the government’s credibility.This paper consists of introduction, four parts of main body and conclusion. The introduction mainly introduces the research background and research status at home and abroad, is given in this paper to study the problems and the research method and the logical structure of the article. The first part mainly introduces the basic theory, including a service-oriented government theory is introduced, the connotation of the government credibility, evaluation standard, and to meet the requirements of a service-oriented government to the government credibility, enhance the government credibility in the construction of the service-type government is to last. The second part is mainly about the present situation of the government’s credibility in the construction of service government are analyzed, and mentioned so far the government’s credibility, from concept, participation, after the rule of law, behavior, information disclosure, and so on several aspects are analyzed. Third part of the second part is mainly aimed at present situation is proposed on the basis of the lack of weakening the government’s credibility and influence, pointed out the weakening the government’s credibility is the outcome of combined action of many aspects, including the age of social factors, the public factors, cultural factors, and the government itself, etc. The fourth part is the most important part of this topic research, the lack of weakening of the third part in view of the government credibility to interpret the effective ways to enhance the government credibility, from the service concept, to give public participation channels, information transparency and government supervision of the government under the rule of law, government, to turn the trend of weakening the government credibility loss, enhance the government credibility in the end. The final conclusion points out that the promotion of the government’s credibility is not happen overnight, it is need long-term accumulation and advancing in the twists and turns.
