Under The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government Enhance The Credibility Of The Local Governments' Research

With the steady progress of our democratic politics and the increasing opportunities for public participation in political activities,the interaction between the government and the public has been further deepened.It's not only an opportunity to enhance the image of the government,but also a challenge to the government's credibility.Especially the local government's credibility construction which is closely linked with the public is being concerned.Meanwhile at the national level,how to enhance the credibility of the local government has also been put on the important agenda of the country.Based on the background of building a service-oriented government in China and putting the promotion of local government credibility into the construction of service-oriented government,firstly this paper demonstrates the inherent relationship between the construction of service-oriented government and the credibility of local government.They're promote each other,moreover interact each other.It is undeniable that in order to prevent the local government from facing the "Tacitus trap" dilemma,the state attaches great importance to the construction of local government credibility,and the overall image of the government,provide public services and democratization has achieved gratifying achievements,and promoted the construction of service-oriented government effectively.However,the situation of local government's credibility construction is not optimistic,that's because the government's own construction,system supply and the public is still exist many shortcomings,these are frustrating the credibility of local government,and even led to a decline of local government's credibility,which inevitably affect the progress to build a service-oriented government as a whole.Therefore,it is urgent to explore ways to improve the credibility of local governments and provide a safeguard for overall development of service-oriented government.So finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the credibility of the local government in our country from the aspects of administrative idea,government self-construction,system supply,administrative supervision and guidance and regulation of public opinion,in order to enhance the credibility of the local government and accelerate the pace of the construction of a service-oriented government.
