Energy diplomacy is a way of influencing other countries and secure interests in international relationships, which is AN important content that international political economics and a way of studying the relationship between different countries. The meaning of energy diplomacy, as a normal phenomenon, is beyond the diplomatic or economic actions among countries, and it will produce more and more important influence on bilateral or multilateral relationships.This article is focus on exploring the trend of Japanese energy diplomacy from the world perspectives, researching on the factors that energy played in the development of Japanese economy, analyzing the experiences and lessens of Japanese energy diplomacy, so that we can get guidelines and references. Concretely speaking, the main contents include the following three parts:Chapter one, this part analyzes the world situation, energy problem and its influence, world energy pattern in the period of post-cold-war from the world energy situation. And simply introduces the new changes of Japanese foreign policies, which provides the theoretical basis for analysis of Japanese energy diplomacy.Chapter two, this part combs the Japanese energy strategy and its foreign policies, introduces Japanese energy survey and its strategic system in detail, the development, results and problems.Chapter three, this part states that basic characteristics and factors of Japanese energy diplomacy.Chapter four, this part discusses the enlightenment of Japanese energy on China, and the ways of how to deal with energy problem and how to explans energy diplomacy, and propose some suggestions to it.
