How to optimize and consummate the full-time fire-fighters management of BY airportis analyzed in this article.With the expanding scale, quantity increases unceasingly, route network unceasingdevelopment of our nation civil airports, the civil airport fire safety and security is become animportant part of air transport and operate development, is also an important foundation ofthe airport order and stability. Full-time fire-fighters team is the essential backbone of theprotection of airport security operations. But compared to active-duty fire-fighters, this teamhas a lot of particularity. Although the team in the civil airport fire fighting and rescueprotection in the role of more significant, however, full-time fire-fighters do not belong to thepreparation of active-duty, low salaries, limited funding, low-status, non-material rewardsscarcity and other factors, led to the staff enthusiasm is low, staff mobility, difficult to retainoutstanding talent, performance effect is not obvious and many other issues, teamcomprehensive quality promotion is slow.First, the correlative basic conceptions are introduced in this article. The essentiality ofthe article is pointed out based on domestic and international research on fire managementand can draw form the theory of human resource management. Secondly, to introduce theenterprise background of BY airport and the basic conditions and management situation of itsfull-time fire-fighters, put forward the current problems of BY airport full-time fire-fightersmanagement. The reasons according to the problems are analyzed one by one which tends toexplain clearly the essentiality and necessity on improving and optimizing the BY airportfull-time fire-fighters management. Finally, gain useful insights by compare domestic andinternational civil airport fire-fighters, and draw from the management, organizationalbehavior and human resource management theory of knowledge, the countermeasure on howto actively seek a breakthrough and innovation in terms of institutional, management andcareer development are offered.This paper is on the basis of the author to engage in full-time fire work experience,proposed some superficial insights to optimize the management of BY airport full-time fire-fighters, field investigation, questionnaire and positive analyses are adopted, in order topromote full-time fire-fighters in healthy, orderly and harmonious development, to betteradapt to the needs of the BY airport hub development strategy.
