An Empirical Study On Foshan Public Satisfaction Of Government Cleanness

China is in a transition phase of the social system, with the continuous deepening ofpolitical reform and the rise of civil society, government anti-corruption work more and morepublic attention. Therefore, public satisfaction is particularly important and critical honestyand performance evaluation of local government. Public satisfaction with the introduction of aclean government in assessing the work of philosophy, not only to explore the theoreticalstudy of local government public service satisfaction evaluation, effectively deepening thereform of local government agencies to improve the satisfaction of the construction of a cleangovernment, more conducive to guiding the practice of clean governmentsatisfaction evaluation work carried out so that it gradually standardized, systematic, andcontinuously improve the implementation capacity of government anti-corruption work.Start from the perspective of public satisfaction, clean problem through empiricalresearch, theory should be based on reducing losses and hazards posed by corruption, as wellas the adverse effects of the public, will focus on how to enhance the cleangovernment. Research methods from the emphasis on normative analysis transferred to thegreat importance of empirical research. Specifically, the Government Performance EvaluationCenter, South China University of Technology built the Government Performance evaluationof public satisfaction model and index system, the measurement program is modeled exploreprovince-wide public satisfaction with the overall evaluation for a particular land satisfactionof the City of an evaluation of the difference between the original program on the basis ofreference and improved the operational programs of the Foshan municipal government honestsatisfaction measurement, and applied to empirical research. The annual evaluation resultsfrom2007to2010with the partition analysis of a clean government and the satisfaction of thequantitative and qualitative factors, which targeted suggestions for how to improve thesatisfaction of the Foshan municipal government honest.
