The Government Public Service Satisfaction Survey Research

The1980s, Western countries were in the process of promoting administrativereform, the "customer satisfaction" concept of enterprise management wasintroduced to government public services, and actively promoting government publicservices should be public-oriented, the public satisfaction should be as governmentpublic services’ quality standards. The process of public services is a two-wayprocess of interacting with the public, so through measuring the public satisfactionof government public services, the government can accurately understand thepublic’s need structure and levels, confirm which public services have beenrecognized by the public, and which public services the public are not satisfied, sothat the government can improve them pertinently to enhance their public services’quality.In China, with further promoting the construction of service-orientedgovernment, the public have more requirements of government public services’quality,"customer first" as a core concept can be confirmed in the government sector,the government also increasingly emphasize to measure the public satisfaction.However, When the public comment government public services, there is a strongemotion and herd mentality, and certain public services are quantified difficultly tocompare and other issues, so that impact the evaluation objectivity and fairness.Therefore, how to design the evaluation system of government public services’satisfaction is an important subject currently.The local government directs to the general public, therefore, the public have adeep sense to local government public services, it will be as the starting point of thisarticle, and use literature analysis、questionnaires、interviews、statistical analysis andother methods comprehensively to research the public satisfaction of localgovernment public services. This paper will establish an evaluation index system ofthe public satisfaction, on the base of sorting out theory and practice at home andabroad, and according to the primary focus areas of local government public services, at the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will be introduced intothe evaluation system, then apply and test the index system and evaluation method inShapingba. Finally, according to evaluation results and realities, propose policyproposals with pertinence that the government of Shapingba improves the publicsatisfaction of public services.
