Reserch On The The Civil Servants’ Reward System Of Customs Qiu Liying

The civil service incentive system is an important part of the civil service administrationsystem. Effective civil service reward system helps to continuously strengthen and improvethe civil service. Laws and regulations, such as The Civil Service Law of the People’sRepublic of China promulgated in2005, implemented in2008, the civil service awardprovisions (Trial), as well as the customs system of incentives, have played a positive role incivil service administration, however, there are still room for strengthening the civil serviceincentivesystem. Therefore, the subject study was designed to improve customs civil serviceincentivesystem.With research based on literature, survey and comparison, focusing on the basis andcontent of laws and regulations of the Customs civil service incentive system, the paper aimsto analyze the problems of award principle, award subject, setting of requirements andprocedures. With the experience of army awarding systems abroad, the paper wants toimprove the awarding requirements, procedures, measurements and to increase awardingpeople of customs civil servants, in order to maximize the enthusiasm and initiative ofcustomsofficers, and toimprove theefficiency andquality of customs administration.
