As time goes on,"the new generation peasant workers" gradually replaced the last generation become the main body of the workers. Compared with the older workers, new generation peasant workers have their own unique features:Most of them go to work directly after finish school, basically have no contact with farm work, they have a clear understanding to their own life and career,thin ideas for country and very attached to city life, conflicting between the rural traditional and urban civilization.Compared with the old peasant workers, new generation peasant workers are more willing to work in cities than going home, struggling to become a real citizens. As the reform progressing, the household registration system began to loose move, mate selection is increasingly liberalization and marketization,new generation peasant workers and residents intermmarry which is not a hard "reach" thing any more.
