Legal Consideration Of Desertification Control Of China

China is one of the countries most severely affected by desertification hazards, the area of desertification, wide distribution, the degree of weight. Desertification has seriously hampered the coordinated development of the desertified areas and even the country’s population, resources and environment. Desertification is caused by natural and man-made two major factors, and mainly due to human factors. The third part through the analysis of existing legal provisions that the problems of desertification prevention and control legal system, including:1.
