Study On The Influence Of The Clan To Rural Governance

It’s a long time that the clan in the history of China. The revival of the clan in cotemporacy society is the fact without question, and it has a far-reaching impact on rural governance. At present, we should grasp the rural clan on the whole, and have a comprehensive observation and understanding of its influences to the existing social and cultural context of rural governance, especially the impact of clan to the rural democracy elections. I hope it will have important practical significance to the modernization of democratic process and the building of harmonious rural areas.The paper consist of three parts,except the preface and the concluding remarks. In the first part, I define the concept of clan and point out the cause of the impact of clan. In the second part, I analysis the modern features of the clan and have a study on the influence of clan to democracy elections from three aspects,that is, the influence way,the influence power and the analysis and evaluation to the impact of clan.In the third part,l point out the countermeasures and ideas to the impact of clan. I think it is the best choice of the contemporary clan that realizing the integration of tradition and contemporacy. In the conclusion, I conclude the main standpoint of the paper, point out the localization and lack, hope to get the correction of teachers and classmates.The paper analysis the current situation of the clan and point out that the clan reviving with the process of revolution and opening produces varied influences on the rural governance. Then based on a thorough analysis of the reason why the phenomenon of clan emerge again from the perspective of culture, psychology, economy and politics, the paper point out that the revivification of clan can not be simply repudiated. Presently what we can do is trying our best to reduce its negative influences to the large limit according to its inner features and regulations. In the meanwhile we must do our best to eliminate its existence foundation step by step and to realize the eventual extermination of the clan.
